Biography
Jojo Lander ARCM, MA Music Therapy, FAMI, MIT
Jojo is a qualified music therapist registered with the UK Health and Care Profession Council (HCPC). Advanced training in receptive listening techniques and approaches include the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM) and the Continuum Model of Music and Imagery.
Jojo holds a Masters Degree in Music Therapy, Fellowship of the Association of Music and Imagery (FAMI), a certificate in Music and Imagery Therapy (MIT), full PVG certification (Disclosure Scotland) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Clinical practice involves using music and sound with people of all ages and abilities, facilitating educational development, physical and cognitive rehabilitation and person-centred therapy.
Individual and group therapy sessions are offered in person or online.
